OKVIP – Terms & Conditions: Complete Platform Usage Policy

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the okvip-baji.net website and its associated mobile application ("Platform"). The company operating the Platform is referred to throughout this document as "okvip".

By registering on okvip or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and okvip.

Okvip is committed to operating strictly within the bounds of the law. These Terms are drafted in accordance with the guidelines of the relevant licensing authority and are reviewed on a regular basis.

When opening an account on okvip, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. Submitting false or misleading information is a direct breach of these terms and may result in account termination.

Only one account per person is permitted. If multiple accounts are detected for the same individual, all associated accounts will be suspended. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or rewards is strictly prohibited.

After registration is complete, okvip may request identity verification documents at any time. The following documents are generally accepted:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Valid passport
• Driving licence
• Utility bill or bank statement (for address verification)

If verification documents are not submitted within the required timeframe after being requested, your account may be temporarily suspended. Large withdrawals may be held until the verification process is complete.

Accepted payment methods on okvip include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are typically credited to your wallet instantly. If a deposit does not appear in your wallet for any reason, contact Live Chat within 24 hours.

Key conditions:

• Deposits must be made from a mobile number or bank account registered in your own name
• Payments through third parties are not accepted
• No processing fees are charged for deposits

General terms applicable to all bonuses:

• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until the Wagering Requirement has been met
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once unless explicitly stated in the offer
• Bonuses must be used within a specified period after claiming; any unused bonus will expire and be removed automatically
• okvip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time
• If Bonus Abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited
• Some bonuses may be restricted to specific games

The welcome bonus is exclusively for first-time registered users. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus multiple times by creating additional accounts will be treated as fraud.

The following general rules apply to all Sports Betting, casino games, and lottery play on okvip.

For Sports Betting:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled or modified
• If an event is cancelled or suspended, the related bet is declared Void and the stake is refunded
• If a match is abandoned after a specified amount of play, the result will be determined according to the applicable rules
• okvip reserves the right to void any bet accepted due to a technical error
• Arbitrage betting and systematic odds exploitation are strictly prohibited

Casino & Live Games:

• If you lose connection during a game, the result is saved on the server and that result is final
• In Live Games, the dealer's decision is final
• If a round is left incomplete due to a technical error, the bet will be refunded

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okvip platform. If any such activity is detected, the account may be immediately suspended and the balance forfeited:

• Placing bets or playing games using bots or automated software
• Participating in or facilitating the manipulation of match or event outcomes
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus or promotional benefits
• Using the platform to launder money or conceal the source of illegally obtained funds
• Using another person's account, or selling or transferring account credentials
• Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or bug on the Platform
• Impersonating okvip staff or deceiving other users

Okvip reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for the following reasons:

• For any breach of these terms and conditions
• If false information provided at registration is proven
• Failure to provide required verification documents within the specified timeframe
• Extended account inactivity (generally more than 12 months)
• At the user's own request (Self-Exclusion)

If you wish to close your account, please contact support. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any available balance before closure — however, any bonus-related balance may be forfeited.

The okvip platform is provided on an "As-Is" basis. okvip's liability is limited in the following respects:

• Losses in games or bets resulting from internet connection issues
• Transaction delays or issues caused by third-party payment providers
• Unauthorized account access resulting from the user's own negligence
• Temporary service interruption due to unexpected technical issues

All winnings and losses from gaming are entirely the user's responsibility. okvip provides a platform only — users are solely responsible for the financial consequences of their gaming activity.
